About
My Story
I received my Masters in Social Work from Bridgewater State College in 2007, and have worked as an individual therapist with adults in Southeastern Massachusetts since then, supporting clients on their journey towards growth and well-being. My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding and a commitment to helping you navigate the challenges you are facing in life. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and enhancing your quality of life.
I am a native of a small town in central Maine. (And no, it's not "way up there". When you know, you know! It's a very large state.) I'm a pet lover, chaotic gardener and enjoy a variety of crafts. I thrive from spending time with my family and friends and also a healthy dose of quiet alone time to recharge. I spent a great majority of my career working in mental health clinics in Taunton and Attleboro until I was finally fortunate to accomplish my dream of starting my own practice in 2021. I support clients with in person sessions at my office in North Attleboro, or virtual appointments are available statewide.
